    Everything about the room was good. I just think a deeper clean of the floor as well as the toilet floor & shower room walls (it had some mould) would make it perfect. Oh they forgot to give me slippers :( which I learned because my colleagues checked in the following day.

    Thank you Go Hotel . Satisfied with our room 205 and 203. Thank you din sa pag carried to our luggage . I love the scent sa lobby and the hallway, then very accommodating din mga staff .. #palabati sila, walang sawang greetings everytime masalubong.. I feel like I'm in a 5 star Hotel. ❤️❤️

    Staff are kind and accommodating. Location is great and just beside Robinson mall. I like their dining area in the hall with water dispenser. This way, the smell of the food doesn't stay in the room. 😊

    Bear in mind there aren't many modern hotels in Iligan City, so this is still a good choice. The overall hotel is pretty good, it's literally at the door step of Robinsons Mall with loads of good places to eat and drink. The staff are friendly and helpful, and speak good English. The WiFi is good and strong. The hotel is showing it's age, and the carpets are all worn out in the reception area and need replacing. They were really worn out when we stayed here in 2023, and still haven't been replaced. The rooms are not huge but are good enough, but the toilet/shower area is really tiny, and you will bash your knees and elbows whenever you try to use them. The beds are comfortable and clean. The stopper in the sink in our room was broken, with no actuating rod so it was really difficult to close and open with our fingernails. We asked the Front Desk to fix this 3 times and they said they would - but never did. There's also no not water in the rooms - we asked for this to be fixed too, and again they promised to "send a man up" but never did. Luckily it's so hot in the Philippines all the time that a cool shower is bearable. We like staying here for the location, and with better maintenance in all the rooms it would really be very good indeed.

    The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The room was spacious, with all essentials provided, and the location was convenient for nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

    Water was dripping out from the AC into our opened luggage while we were asleep. All our clothes in the luggage were soaked wet. It was a bad experience.

    My second time to stay ,over all I always like to come and have a relaxing stay at this hotel even if our house is just walking distance from the place.One thing I feel bad is the wifi connection,very very slow or shall I say it says "connected" but we were never connected with their wifi.Hope this will be better next time.
